Leadership. Guidance.

The whats, whens and hows of training are all over the internet. We know what to train, when to do it, and how to do it. But it is not facts that we crave. We crave connection and guidance. That is what we do best. We feel when we lead each other properly, and govern the relationship with guidance, then independence should be the yield. The goal is to build physical independence and it happens through a relationship first.

I don’t believe in guilt and punishment as motivators for physical improvement. That may work for a while, but abuse only leads to rebellion. A better approach is to just treat one another as humanely as possible. If I treat you that way, then maybe you’ll treat yourself that way too. And I’m sure it will reflect in your training.
